In-Studio Classes:
- Pre-registration is required
- No late entry; please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins– Limited capacity
- Premises may be monitored by security cameras– Cancellation policy/fee for in-studio classes applies
- Props (blocks / blankets / straps) are available
- Refunds are not provided; only class credits are issued for purchases
- Cancel at least 2 hours before class
- Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of a class or drop-in pass, or a fee for Monthly / Unlimited Membership Students

- Ask questions! Let your teacher know if you need help
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance and keep the practice space shoe-free
- Please refrain from wearing strong scents (perfumes, cologne, oils) as some members may be allergic. Generally avoid wearing strong fragrances, as we'll be doing lots of deep breathing!
- Keep the practice room quiet and peaceful. If you have to interact, please keep voices and conversations at a respectful volume before and after class. Thank you for helping to create a tranquil environment for everyone to enjoy
- Leave your cellular devices OFF. We can hear it vibrating when it is in silent mode.
- Make space for other students.
- Return studio props to their original place after use for a clean and organized space. If you rented any studio props, please clean them after use. The disinfectant spray is provided.
- Plan to stay for the whole class; if you can't, set up by the door, let your teacher know before class begins and leave quietly after a small savasana.
- Arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early; set up your practice space before class
- Enter the studio mindfully to respect the diverse practices around you– Inform the teacher about any injuries for personalized modifications.
- Be mindful of the space; adjust your mat if needed for everyone’s comfort
